This XXXIX Edition is valid for the UISP Tuscan Regional Championship of Marathon
The Mugello Marathon is
open to Italian and foreign athletes who will have to prove, at the time of
registration, to be regular members of UISP, FIDAL, ATHLETICS FOREIGN
FEDERATIONS or other Sports Promotion Bodies.
In any event, the athlete
must be in compliance with health standards for the practice of the agonistic
athletics.
THE ATHLETE COMING FROM
FOREIGN COUNTRIES MUST BRING COPY OF THE MEDICAL SPORTS CERTIFICATION IN FORCE
IN HIS OWN COUNTRY OR CARD OF THE LOCAL FEDERATION.
The organization will
accept only those registrations received with the original forms filled in
completely and legibly, including the payment and the above required
documentation by the deadlines.
Participations of no
registered athletes and/or athletes lacking in the requested health standards
(agonistic sports medical certification) are not admitted.

Registration fee for the “Stracittadina” (footrace of about 5 km)

The registration for this footrace will be made only Saturday, September 22, 2012 in Piazza Dante (Borgo San Lorenzo) within 15 minutes before the Marathon start.
The registrations for the Sports Associations (comprehensive of registrations for the Stracittadina) must be made by fax (0039/055/8459622) on letterhead of the Sport Club and the payment must be executed on postal account or by bank, as indicated below.

you fill in the registration form in all its parts and that you send it
together with the payment receipt to the FAX n. 0039 (0)55 8459622 or via

N.B.: To complete the registration for the Mugello Marathon, it is obligatory to send the filled in form, a copy of the payment receipt (as indicated above) and a copy of the valid Uisp-Fidal card (or card of other recognized association). In the absence of this valid card you must send a copy of the medical certification necessary to perform agonistic sports activities.
INCOMPLETE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE NOT CONSIDERED VALID
We remember you that it is obligatory to send copy of the sports medical certification valid at the date of the Mugello Marathon (except for the FIDAL associates)
The Organization points out that with the registration fee all the athletes will be registered for the Marathon (Km 42, 195). Therefore, the athlete may choses whether to stop to the intermediate non-competitive finishing line (in Borgo San Lorenzo - Km 25) or to continue. So, there are no distinctions of race number that is equal for all registered athletes.
Those who participate in the Marathon without the race number will not be covered by any insurance and will not fall in any awards.
